Our fast-growing company is a wholesale and retail supplier of high-end bath and shower units for home remodel and specializes in accessible bathing systems such as low-threshold showers and walk-in tubs. This position involves sales and in the future may lead to further sales responsibilities.

Included Responsibilities

Maintain the daily visual interior/exterior appearance of showroom Complete quotations, sales orders and purchase orders in QuickBooks Check orders for accuracy Maintain contact with retail customers, contractors, builders, vendors and healthcare industry professionals; help to establish new relationships Maintain customer and prospect data in SalesForce Knowledgeably guide customers through showroom and product lines Work closely with owners and other staff members in all aspects of running a successful retail operation Track referral/advertising sources of new customers Assist with booth staffing and manage logistics for home/remodel show Share your great ideas to improve our processes and service  Requirements One or more years’ experience in retail management Superior customer service skills and a strong sense of empathy Sound leadership ability and self-direction Superior organizational skills and the ability to multitask The ability to gain thorough knowledge of a wide variety of products Previous office/clerical experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Proficiency in QuickBooks Maturity and sound judgment Excellent written and verbal skills

Additional Qualifications

Knowledge of the homebuilding/remodeling industry, Universal Design, Aging in Place, or senior care/home health care is a plus but not required. (Extensive and ongoing training is provided.)

Hours

Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional evening and weekend hours during home/remodel shows or special events.
