OBJECTIVES OF POSITION Assist Default Services (REO) Department in preparing correspondence, required notices and monthly reports. Prepare bills for payment, order supplies, and prepare loan modifications for processing. Also handle tracking reports and miscellaneous updates. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES  Assist the REO team in meeting goals via written correspondence and invoicing of taxes, insurance, and home owners associations. Prepare written correspondence to customers in an accurate and timely manner in regards to inspections, tracking monthly reports and updating information. Responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, memoranda’s, and mailings. Other duties as assigned. SELECTION CRITERIA 1 to 2 years business/administrative support experience Strong computer skills (applications and knowledge) ie Word, Excel Able to perform in a fast paced environment Post high school education preferred We are proud to be an EOE.
