Altercare of Mentor is seeking a dedicated Certified/Accredited Medical Records Technician for their award-winning facility.

The Medical Records Technician will maintain all medical records in the facility for proper order and completeness. This candidate will also maintain all other aspects of the medical records including, but not limited to, thinning records and storing properly, appropriately handling records for discharged residents, and maintaining the organization and location of any and all records for the facility.

 

Job Requirements 

Requirements:

Ability to identify and compile patient data using standard classification systems, registry maintenance, preparation of statistical reports and knowledge of chart completeness Experience in long-term care or hospital environment RHIT certification attained or in progress
