Essential duties:

Greet customers in pleasant and professional manner

Listen carefully to customer needs and concerns

Handle all transactions efficiently and thank customers for the business

Excellent communication skills

Contributes to the team effort of the dealership

Promotes the dealership through excellent customer handling skills

Receives cash,checks,and credit card payments

Performs some office administration

Maintains excellent record keeping
