The Treasury Managment Officer manages relationships and intentional experiences with current and prospective business accounts. Treasury Managment Officer demonstrates the ability and commitment to strengthen the small business customer relationship by creating a unique and individual customer experience. He/She also Inspires expansion of deposit services through the institution of needs assessment and cross-selling of all bank products and services by creating interactive solution awareness.

The will:

Provides sales expertise, product knowledge and customer onboarding support for commercial and small business products to business customers within assigned regions. Assists in resolving customer complaints; follows up on referrals in person, by telephone or by letter; and may assist in telemarketing and solicitation campaigns to solicit new business. Products would include Cash Management, Business Account Analysis, Business checking account, merchant services, corporate credit cards, business loans and lines of credit and referral of personal bank product if appropriate.Pays special attention to customers and prospective customers needs and reactions to identify sales opportunities to achieve established cross-sales goals and objectives. Provide effective sales culture leadership and measurement to achieve stated goals and objectives for profitable expansion of deposit services and cross sale of other financial services to support strategic growth.Participate in structured sales blitz’s when needed, attend sales calls with Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers, Retail and Commercial Lenders.Master the ability to customize and personalize the customer experience through a deep understanding of customer’s personal preference. Prepares a variety of reports; maintains logs, lists and records; maintains customer contact data and information for marketing; maintains officer call data; types letters, memos, reports and correspondence; files routine reports and receipts;Develop and manage business accounts though a referral and pipeline approach that include the use of
