Pittsburgh Glass Works (PGW), a leader in the design, production, and distribution of automotive glass, is seeking a talented individual for a Financial Analyst position at our Crestline, OH facility. Responsibilities include providing timely and accurate financial reporting, monitoring accounting policies and procedures to ensure a sound internal control environment, assisting in the development and monitoring of departmental budgets, performing cost analysis, and inventory control.
A Bachelor's degree is required with at least 5 years cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. An MBA would be a plus. Managerial experience preferred. This position may lead to a Plant Controller position within the company.
Candidates should have strong team, interpersonal, leadership, communication, and analytical skills along with the ability to multi-task and attention-to-detail in a very fast paced and dynamic work environment. Candidate must have proficient knowledge of MRP, Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel.
