Customer Support Reps-Eau Clair, WI


Looking for multiple Customer Support Consultants for contract to hire positions in Eau Clair, WI.  Must pass b/g check.



We are seeking Customer Support Consultant I to provide customer technical support for the Cornerstone software product. Support may consist of answering customer questions, explaining products and services, instructing in use of equipment, coordinating and assisting with equipment installations, configuring computer system software, troubleshooting and repairing system, database or data communication issues, customer order entry and billing or other priorities. Determines customer needs, researches and provides solutions, coordinating with other team members as needed. Ensures ongoing customer satisfaction and continuing strong customer relationships. Supports quality management system and other compliance requirements. Performs other duties as assigned. 



RESPONSIBILITIES:


Receives, troubleshoots and resolves inbound customer and internally escalated calls relating to system software issues.
Troubleshoots software issues ranging from general issues relating to Company proprietary software to advanced issues such as database corruption, rebuilds, lab equipment connectivity, software utilities (i.e., Structured Query Language (SQL), third party software and other software related areas.
