Company Description

In this INSIDE BUSINESS PARTNER SALES position the (CAS) is responsible for assisting CenturyLink Business Partners with sales opportunities and focus on increasing the value, size and scope of those leads. This will be done by working with Partners, their customers, and our SE team to develop network recommendations and to sell/up sell the entire CenturyLink portfolio of products/services. The CAS is expected to develop proposals and sales presentations for CenturyLink Business Partners, with a focus on complex, hi-capacity products, via referrals, proactive recruitment of partners, or repeat business.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

Meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas, by selling through the entire suite of CenturyLink products and services
Organizing, presenting, and selling complex and managed services.
Pricing, contracting (at times using DM and OM), and ordering simple and complex products
Post-sale tracking, working as the liaison between CenturyLink and the Business Partners to ensure successful installation and billing of services
Maintaining a funnel of qualified leads sufficient to meet monthly quota
Understand the processes, products, and services and be able to explain to business partners
Proactive recruitment of partners through outbound calls
Work collaboratively with other CenturyLink groups/departments to quickly resolve customers/partners concerns
Maintain a business professional work environment
