Report this job Job Description Provides assistance to the Controller and A/R Manager. Computes, classifies, records, and verifies numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records.
Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
Assists employees, vendors, clinetns, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures and services. Also provides backup support for A/R and A/P positions.
Generate the purchase order transaction in the system, and send confirmation to the vendor. The purchase orders must be maintained with accurate costing and ship dates in the system.
Pay will be based on experience.
Job Requirements Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Syteline Accounting software or other ERP systems experience, preferred.
Microsoft Office Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Outlook- imtermediate knowledge.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with customers, clients and vendors.
Non-tobacco user and must be able to pass a drug screen as required by company.
