Requirements
As a member of our accounting team based in Larkspur, CA, your mission will be to update and maintain the financial records for multiple client companies. As a motivated, independent thinker, your hands-on expertise with AP/AR, balance sheets, bank reconciliations, payroll, reporting, and integrating QuickBooks with banking information - will allow you to hit the ground running.
Being savvy with QuickBooks and Excel will be invaluable as you analyze data and report on financials. Your talent for multitasking, plus your superb organizational skills, will ensure you balance multiple client projects effectively.
Professional experience in the bookkeeper/accounting-consulting role paired with a fun but polished professional demeanor will enable you to seamlessly integrate into the Pacific Crest culture, and our various client environments.
Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:
Skilled in using QuickBooks, and Excel;
Experience in full cycle bookkeeping/accounting for multiple clients;
Excellent administrative, organizational, time management, and follow-up skills;
Detail oriented, self-directed and able to effectively complete tasks with little supervision;
Familiarity with payroll software preferred;
Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office and Outlook;
This position requires reliability, being effective, high level of internal and external customer services, integrity, technical proficiency, and the ability to maintain full confidentiality of all corporate, financial and legal matters related to Pacific Crest Group, and our clients;
Understand GAAP principals, and financial statements;
Pro-active and in tune with client's needs, identify vulnerable areas, and developing processes to strengthen those areas;
Driving to client locations, and having a professional appearance, demeanor, and style of presentation;
Open to new ideas and change, with the goal of always serving our clients, and improving processes.
