Our client, a global businesses services firm, is need of a contract HRIS Benefits Analyst with strong technical skills.

Role:

Run monthly audit reports of benefit enrollment data accuracy Functional SME for possible ADP Enterprise migration project Create ADP payroll system reports as needed for internal payroll team Act as gatekeeper for HR access to vendor reporting systems Create and modify  disability/leave management reports and share with internal HR Managers as requested Assist with 401k merger project Develop biweekly Personal Change Notices for employees on company-approved disability or parental leave Maintain and modify as needed e-mailbox accounts for HR Managers to receive disability reports and notifications Maintain and modify multiple vendor electronic data feeds including ESPP, Benefit Enrollment, and 401k Plans Oversight  of new employee data to vendors systems Create and distribute HR dashboards to quantify such metrics as monthly headcount, enrollment statistics, and numbers of disability leaves by work location. Create testing plan and conduct benefit enrollment system testing during peak project periods (i.e. annual enrollment, acquisitions, and special enrollment windows). Enter life insurance evidence of insurability approvals and denials into benefit enrollment system.  Requirements 3
