Essential Duties:
- Assists in the development and design of compensation plans
- Run the administration of sales compensation plans
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing incentive programs
- Develop and provide sales effectiveness and forecasting
- Ensure sales employees are compensated accurately and on-time
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in sales design/administration, compensation experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and database experience
- BA or BS degree in related field
- Microsoft Access and SQL experience a plus
