Job Store is a local woman-owned service that specializes in identifying and recruiting highly qualified administrative, customer service, and accounting professionals at all levels and skills. We currently have an opening for a for your client located downtown.   This is a three temporary project with the possibility of turning into regular full time.  

The researches, collects, analyzes, and interprets data for internal processes including turnover, hiring, terminations, promotions, and transfers, as well as for required government reporting.  Communicates and shares data and analyses with appropriate management and staff.  Assists in developing, recommending, and administering compensation programs, including base pay plans, salary structures, variable pay plans, and merit.

Data Reporting

Collects, analyzes, interprets, and distributes HR data for periodic reporting.  Consults with management to determine the type, scope, and purpose of analysis and reporting; and assists in the development and implementation of data reporting objectives, capabilities, and schedules.  Also prepares and files required government reports for such purposes as EEO and state reporting. 

Compensation Tool

Maintains the compensation tool, used for merit and bonus plan processes, by testing and implementing changes along with preparing and managing the tool components.  Assists in coordinating and administering bonus programs, and performance and merit review processes.

Job Descriptions

Works with Staffing Manager and other department managers to develop new and/or update existing job descriptions. 

Evaluating Compensation

Evaluates internal jobs to determine appropriate promotional and hiring pay levels based on internal rates, performance levels, and external job and market pay comparisons. 

 RequirementsIdeal candidate will have a BA or BS along with 5-8 years of Compensation or related experience.  Have expert level MS Excel skills, confident with other software and not intimidated to learn new software.  Have strong analytical skills and possess the ability to understand and effectively translate the data as well.

Compensation Analyst

! Our client, a leader in their industry, has an immediate opening for a for a four month contract.

Essential Duties:

- Assists in the development and design of compensation plans

- Run the administration of sales compensation plans

- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing incentive programs

- Develop and provide sales effectiveness and forecasting

- Ensure sales employees are compensated accurately and on-time

Requirements:

- 2-3 years in sales design/administration, compensation experience

- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and database experience

- BA or BS degree in related field

- Microsoft Access and SQL experience a plus
