Primary responsibilities - supervision & oversight of the agency's Accounting Department, work directly with the Board of Directors, Executive Director and Department Directors on analysis, forecasting, and production of the annual budget, AP & AR, payroll, account reconciliation, related general accounting activities. Additional responsibilities include cash flow management, preparation/oversight of quarterly financial reports, general financial oversight over corporations, correspondence with investors, external auditors and management.

Qualifications - a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; or a combination of education and a minimum of four years of experience in related field. Strong analytical and communication skills required. Experience with MS Office; federal/state grant management & fund accounting. Knowledge of Fundware a plus.
