Partners with clients to establish expectations and project scope. Uses knowledge of regulatory, legal and client matters in developing specific client offerings. Uses information on competitor's operations, services, strengths and weaknesses to develop unique solutions in competitive situations. Contributes to the production of a formal account plan. Understands client's business needs and necessary services by listening closely and cultivating a trusting relationship with clients and Aon colleagues.
