Seeking a with experience in 401(k) and pension administration for a $1B company with more than 5,000 employees globally. Based in the Nashville, TN Metro. Relocation package available.

 

This person will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of core benefits data to all parties company-wide for 401(k) eligibility, pension valuation and payments, form 5500’s, etc. Additional responsibilities include participating in plan accounting and analysis, pension payment process administration, Plan Document and Summary Plan Description development, and customer service activities.

 Requirements Business, finance or accounting degree from highly regarded university 5 Years benefits experience, including, but not limited to 5500 Prep & Filing, Summary Annual Reports/Annual Funding Notices, and Plan Audits Track record of accomplishments and advancement Plan document/SPD preparation & maintenance Experience with pensions and  administration of plans Excellent oral and written communication skills, including high level of responsiveness Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Word and Excel Sense of urgency Inquisitiveness Project Management experience Vendor Management experience Analytical skills Familiar with Pension Funding and Expense requirements Fiduciary Committee meeting activities
