Looking for a candidate with a strong background in IT/Technology contracts, both software and hardware,
Candidate must be able to negotiate legal terms of PSAs, MSAs, SOWs, Purchase Agreements, NDAs and CAs.
Strong experience in drafting of legal agreements
Candidate must be able to hit the ground running in a high volume, fast paced department.
