May coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May direct and lead the work of others. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Initiates design to production activities for assigned program as in bills of material, material acquisition, planned/production order scheduling and delivery to SAP Sales Order. Leadership responsibilities for Planning and Production Control staff for the National Business Segment.Solid skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of Planning & Production Control and Honeywell policies
High orientation towards, detail and accuracy.
Thorough knowledge and familiarity with Manufacturing, Planning and Design to Production Processes.
High proficient knowledge of Systems Applications and Processes - SAP/ERP/MRP systems.
Daily Leadership capability to work in a team environment, and direct Leadership of P&PC staff required to assist them in meeting their specific Functional and Product OTTR responsibilities.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
APICS Certification desired.
High sense of urgency, with action orientation and efficiency.
Demonstrate leadership ability to make decisions and support 1:1 and or Group Training to P&PC Staff
Demonstrate leadership ability to evaluate process failures and problems for resolution.
High proficient computer and software knowledge (ability to write macros and complex calculations in excel is a plus)
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and SAP required.
Bachelors Degree in Business or related Manufacturing Field
5 - 7 Years of Planning and Control (Manufacturing and Sourcing) experience with a strong leadership focus  RequirementsThis position requires a candidate with a high skill level of Material and Production Planning with exceptional skills in Excel and MRP (SAP) A Bachelors Degree in Business or Related Field is also required.
