Monitors materials inventories, tracks progress of production, and reviews factors which affect schedules. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.Using SAP as the Primary Planning and Control MRP tool, the role is responsible for providing program level planning, coordination and control to insure successful material acquisition, build, test and delivery per program schedules to meet the sites OTTR goals. Initiates Design to Production activities for assigned programs - Bills of Material, Material Acquisition, Production Order Scheduling, Execution, and Delivery per SAP Sales Orders and or Planned Independent Requirements (PIR).College Degree in a Business, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing related field. High orientation towards, detail and accuracy.
Knowledge and familiarity with Manufacturing, Planning and Design to Production Processes (DPI). Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
Demonstrated capability to work in a team environment with strong communication skills, both written and oral. Critical Skill - Knowledge and familiarity with Systems Applications and Processes, SAP.
Demonstrate ability to make decisions and troubleshoot process failures and problems.
Sound computer and software knowledge, experience and proficiency. Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Project Schedule, and SAP required.  RequirementsThis position requires a candidate with a high skill level of Material and Production Planning with exceptional skills in Excel and MRP (SAP) A Bachelors Degree in Business or Related Field is also required
