Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a on a contract opportunity with a cutting edge medical device company on the Northeast side of Indianapolis.
The will:
-provide clear, concise, timely and accurate data for benefits, payroll and HRIS Systems
-have excellent customer service skills
-create and maintain training qualification requirements that are accurate and current
-drive changes to processes to ensure all data meets business and regulatory compliance requirements
The must:
-have a Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree with 2 year of related experience
-have outstanding customer service skills
-be able to work in a fast paced, regulated environment
-have excellent written and verbal communication as well as proficient computer skills
-experience with Learning Management Systems preferred, SAP experience a plus
