Job Description

Kaplan College - Fresno Campus, a Kaplan Higher Education school, is seeking a Front Desk .

Description

Serve as an information desk for all students and customers who walk in to the lobby.

Lock up building if working the closing shift. Assist with mass mailing as needed. Make copies of lead sheets for admissions staff and input inquiry data into the computer.

Sign for packages and let appropriate addressee know when their shipment has arrived.

Support all departments on campus with administrative tasks on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

This position will answer phones along with other clerical and administrative duties. Must have excellent customer service, good computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to multi-task.

Have multi-line phone experience. Must be able to answer phones and do other light clerical duties. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills needed. Must be personable and have excellent customer service and communication skills.

High School Diploma required. Associate's degree or higher preferred.
