Collections Reps and Accounts Receivable Clerks

for our growing client in Grand Island. Positions are long-term temporary and pay up to $15/hr. Must be able to work eight-hour shifts (8am-8pm) Monday through Friday.

Collection Representatives
Responsible for collection of past due invoices in Accounts Receivable Aging. Will contact customers with past due balance and record updates within MS Access database. Will also work with both internal departments and Sales departments to help resolve invoice issues.

Job Requirements
-Basic accounting knowledge
-Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
-Must be able to meet goals and monthly and quarterly deadline
-Must be able to prioritize and have strong organizational skills
-Must be able to multi-task
-Strong Computer literacy required

Education
-Minimum High School Diploma
-Associates degree or higher preferred


Accounts Receivable Clerks
Will work with AR department to research unapplied cash payments. Will make account adjustments for 11 Collectors in department. Will also refund of duplicate payments to customers and make appropriate tax adjustments.

Job Requirements:
-Basic accounting skills
-Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
-Solid computer skills including MS Office products
-Ability to prioritize and strong organizational skills
-Must be able to multi-task

Education:
-Minimum High School Diploma
-Associates degree or higher preferred
