Finance Experience :  Not Specified Post Date :  3/26/2012  Description A local nonprofit is seeking a fulltime . to support and mobilize diverse community partners to develop and implement strategies that promote increased awareness of issues, changes in community attitudes, practices of organizations, coordination between organizations and systems and where appropriate changes in policy and allocation of resources to advance the organizations income initiative.  Specially this position will focus on the financial stability of residents through increased earnings, savings, and asset development, and enhance the unique needs for strengthening selected neighborhoods via workforce development, affordable housing, financial inclusion, arts and culture and other initial areas.

  

 RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree, Master Degree preferred in Administration with, five to seven years work experience, be self-motivated, analytical, a strategic thinker, strong project manager,, outstanding interpersonal skills, strong desire to excel in the community, a willingness to work with a wide range of staff, volunteers, and community representatives, and the ability to deliver on multiple tasks.  Management and nonprofit experience preferred.
