The Site Verbund Optimization Leader will drive cross unit collaboration to maximize the benefits to BASF by developing and implementing tools and processes to assess, optimize and implement the usage of site resources, (including intermediates and utilities) across the site.  A key will be to balance people resources, fixed cost resources, raw material usages, energy usages and production. Support and provide input into potential new plants to the Site as well as potential expansions/debottlenecks of existing plants on the site.
