Position Summary
Assure client satisfaction in the quality of the Construction Reports and promote client retention through comprehensive service and communication efforts. Provide comprehensive client support on a daily basis as a first line response to client call-ins, addressing questions and concerns regarding client records and subscription issues, reported projects, and general information concerning the DataFax Report. Act as accounts receivables collection liaison for past due clients.
Qualifications:
HS diploma Basic computer software and hardware knowledge Ability to read, understand, speak and write clearly in English Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide Ability to solve practical problems with information provided Ability to work independently in conjunction with a team Professional demeanor, appearance and work ethic RequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities
Assure existing clients are satisfied and accessed database information remains current. Maintain customer accounts and provide customer information including report delivery support, payments due, project research, and client follow-ups. Assure daily interaction with potential and existing clients is professional, friendly, ethical, polite, helpful and controlled by answering telephones promptly and addressing the needs of the individual calling. Aid in the collection of data via client and potential client surveys for use in making marketing and future product decisions. Communicate any client’s interest in upgrading to a higher data level to sales department. Interact with Data Specialist Team members to best advantage for production of a timely, accurate and superior report. Communicate detailed project information to reporters for projects that may require updating or may call for additional research from customer requests.
