Job Description:

To maintain and monitor caseload by updating the Foreclosure Workstation system.
Make disbursements.
Prepare letters, legal documents, and status reports for attorneys, PMI companies, government agencies, and private investors.
Telephone contact with attorneys, mortgagors, junior lien holders/brokers, and inspection companies.
Request payoff and assumption packages.
Prepare reinstatements for attorneys and mortgagors.
Prepare appraisals and tenant letters.
Prepare bids.
Order BPO’s for conventional loans.
Pay taxes.
File, follow-up, and fax.
Review mail 2 times daily.
