Collection claims in a foreclosure dept

Plaza area client needs 3 people for their foreclosure dept to handle collection claims. Previous mortgage experience in collections needed. NO EXCEPTIONS! Duties will include taking calls related to payments, outbound calls to delinquent borrowers about their loans, set up of informal repayment agreements and formal forbearance agreements with borrowers. Will work to resolve checks returned by borrowers bank and other misc duties. Hrs are 815-5pm. This position requires the ability to pass a CREDIT and BACKGROUND check. NO exceptions to either type of clearance. Pay is 12-13/hr to start, depending on experience.

We are currently hiring Mortgage . In this role you would be responsible for ensuring the Foreclosure process is completed accurately in adherence to mandatory state and investor timelines by acting as a liaison between Default Managers and outside counsel. This position monitors the status of residential FCL from a creditor/servicer perspective, calculation of judgment figures to outside counsel, bid analysis, evaluate legal invoices and review of foreclosure related legal documents.  Job Requirements

Qualified candidates should have 3-5 years of mortgage foreclosure experience. Candidates must be comfortable with the entire foreclosure process from start to finish and must having working knowledge of foreclosure documents and guidelines.

Order BPO’s for conventional loans.
Pay taxes.
File, follow-up, and fax.
Review mail 2 times daily.
