Our client is a leader in Commercial Lending and has an immediate need for a highly quantitative modeler to join their Chicago based group. In this role, the right candidate will be responsible for: Development of statistical and scoring models to support forecasting and risk management decisions Enhancement of existing models and the ability to test assumptions and make improvements Presentation of recommendations to Senior Risk Leaders and Executives Mentorship of more junior modelers and the ability to coachThe right candidate would possess the following attributes: Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or other related quantitative field Strong experience with SAS, Access or other analytical tool Proven analytic and problem solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills 6
