Candidate must be experienced in all Payroll and Quarterly Reporting processes. He or she will be responsible for assisting Payroll Administrator with all duties associated with payroll as well as be able to fill in if Payroll Administrator is absent.
Candidate must be very proficient in Microsoft Excel and be able to create and use formulas associated with Excel spreadsheets.
He or she will be responsible for monthly account reconciliation and balancing. They must be able to research account activity and make sure everything is in its proper place.
He or she will also be responsible for maintaining corporate files and records.
Candidate is expected to act as a team player and pick up additional responsibilities as asked and trained.
