We are searching for a full-time experienced who is eager to work with a dedicated, professional, hard-working team. Our position will provide office administration and support Financial Advisors. This position requires a background check and adherence to a strict confidentiality policy.
Job Duties and Tasks
Manage Office Schedule, confirm and prepare for prospect/client meetings Use/update 'to-do' lists, calendars, software or other work/time management systems Maintain files Prepare correspondence and reports in a PC environment Photocopy/Scan/Fax materials Handle all incoming calls Process, complete and/or verify that applications, documents, forms or other written materials are accurate and
complete
Run business management reports from websites Manage and resolve client service problems Help coordinate seminars or client appreciation events Give our clients a warm welcome to our officesRequirements
Position Requirements
2-3 years office administration experience preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to identify and analyze issues Ability to function cooperatively, provide leadership, and build consensus Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks Ability to pay close attention to detail Ability to be at work on a regular and predictable basis Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Skill in effective verbal and written communications Skill in utilizing various software packages including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and various accounting software programs. Ability to solve minor technology issues Ability to constantly learn and improve office processes
