As a hands-on member of the accounting team reporting to the Assistant Controller, the ’s responsibilities include:

Ensuring accurate recording of all company payables according to company policy Preparing timely disbursements complying with all agreed-upon terms Processing expense reports according to company policy Promptly addressing all internal and external inquiries Performing monthly close and reconciliation Special projects and ad-hoc reporting 


 RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple layers of the company while striving to continually improve existing processes. Other desirable attributes include:

5-10 years of relevant experience in a high-volume environment Strong analytical and communication skills Detail-oriented, results-driven, and have great organizational skills Ability to work under pressure, balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines High degree of data integrity/accuracy Supervisory experience Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 and FRX Must have strong Excel skills 

The position offered is currently located in Midtown Manhattan and will be relocating to the Northern New Jersey Meadowlands area.
