In this full-time position, you will coordinate A/P invoices via the Lawson Accounting System so that vendors are paid in a timely manner, enter fixed assets into our fixed asset management system and perform other payables related tasks. Requires knowledge of computerized databases and general office procedures, familiarity with sales and use tax exemptions for hospitals and strong problem-solving, independent thinking, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Prefer 3-5 years of accounts payable experience, or equivalent education, and experience with the Lawson Accounting System. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.
