As a mortgage loan closer will prepare the closing documents for the first and second mortgages, ensuring the quality, the accuracy of the conclusion of the charges and the conditions of proper closing. The loan will be entering data and send the packages for the reasonable timeframes to ensure excellent customer service. Tasks also include ensuring the financing procedure and verification loan closing with settlement agents/lawyers by reviewing the Declaration of settlement of the HUD-1. Will work with the head of the company in order to ensure compliance with the Chase mortgage policies and procedures and to solve problems, post-closing. Other duties include the maintenance of sealing pipeline filling in the closing documents at least 3 working days in advance of the conclusion, adherence to the interruption of the wire, a branch of the shortcomings and the timely delivery of complete closed loan files on shipping. You will also be responsible for duplication of documents, as well as copying and shipping the files in a specified period of time. You will maintain copy files supplied loans and assistance in resolving the mail closing exceptions. Specified acts as the last contact with the settlement Agent/attorney to ensure a positive customer experience.
