The will have the following responsibilities:
o Manage and establish strategic alliance with contract manufacturers to drive sound business process and outcome such as minimizing manufacturing variances/expenses and transformation cost reduction
o Establish close partnership with supply chain ops and product line management to aggressively seek gross margin improvement opportunities
o Support and partner with business operation to drive product roadmap cost reduction strategy and execution
o Drive process improvement for financial reporting transparency and forecast accuracy
o Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly gross margin forecasting and reporting
o Establish metrics to track gross margin performance vs goal
o Supervise supply chain finance team and perform ad hoc analysis as required
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance a must (MBA preferred)
o Finance experience supporting Contract Manufacturer management
o Experience with Oracle ERP system and good Microsoft Excel capability
o Strong partnership and communication skills
o Strong leadership and people skills
