Infinity Franchise Capital was formed in early 2011 by one of the most experienced finance teams in the country. We offer conventional financing for experienced operators in the nation’s top franchised restaurant brands. Loans are used for equipment, real estate, new store development, partnership restructuring, refinancing and remodels from $100,000 to $10 million.

 

We are currently seeking a to join our team of accomplished industry veterans and assist the COO in directing the financial activities of the company, either themselves or through direct reports. This position is expected to become full-time in approximately 3 to 6 months.

 

Responsibilities:

Assists the COO in the preparation of an operating budget, and assists the COO in the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization.  Directs the preparation of budgets and cash forecasts, reviews budget proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation. Prepares reports which summarize and forecast the company’s and affiliates’ business activities and financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations. Assists in developing and responsible for maintaining accounting policies and procedures for the company and develops guidelines for implementation of same. Develops and maintains internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, incurring costs and accounts payable. Manages organizational cash flow forecasting by working in partnership with senior management team. Reconciles and extracts general ledger information, bank account statements and entries in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (“NAV"). Directs determination of depreciation rates to apply to capital assets. Supports audits of the company’s and affiliates’ accounts. Prepares financial reports required by regulatory agencies, investors and credit providers. Reviews bank statements, post entries in NAV and prepares bank reconciliation in Excel and cash forecast. Performs accounting in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and appropriate Code of Financial Regulations sections. Oversees all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants. Monitors banking activities of the organization.

 

 Requirements Bachelor degree in Accounting (B.A.) or equivalent, 4-10 years’ experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience Certified Public Accountant certificate. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, accounting rules and government regulations; ability to write reports, manuals, procedures, processes and other business communications. Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadric equations and permutations; ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity and analysis; familiar with financial modeling, spreadsheets and quantitative analysis. Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Excel, proficient knowledge in the use of PowerPoint and familiarity with other Microsoft Office suite products required; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV required; familiarity with IDS Infolease preferred, but not required.
