Our company, a billion dollar, publicly traded, international financial services retailer experiencing rapid growth and expansion is currently in need of a . This exciting opportunity will report directly to the US Vice President and be responsible for the overall performance of the Consumer Lending division or our company. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide strategic direction and objective analysis for all business processes related to collections. Exercise good judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work; monitors performance and reports status with areas of responsibility. Responsible for evaluation and implementation of the collections strategies and collections dialer system. Forecast and schedule staff sufficient to consistently achieve required collections coverage (CAPE, Dialer Utilization). Actively coach and develop supervisors in regards to training/coaching representatives. Prepare and deliver performance reviews for direct reports and ensure all performance reviews for reps are accurate, communicate strengths and areas of improvement and are administered on time. Active in the recruitment and selection process of new hires. Responsible for the training department of new hires and reoccurring training. Manage various projects/initiatives as they relate to the core business internal and external to collections. Develop and implement operational standards, department goals, performance measures that reflect desired results and quality Create a collaborative environment in which all employees at all of the organizations are encouraged to voice ideas and concerns.
 RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must have the following skills and qualifications:

BS/BA in Management, Finance or Accounting or five years of equivalent work experience in a leadership collections role. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Possesses strong skills in presentation as well as both oral and written communications. Ability to manage, lead and motivate staff Proven ability to develop and achieve aggressive results. Ability to set up and maintain department and/or corporate policies. Ability to view business from detail and strategic levels to be proactive and an effective problem solver. Strong working knowledge of computers, and software such as Excel and Word. Knowledge of applicable laws related to the collections process. Knowledge of dialer systems and relevant reports with the ability to strategically plan staffing.
