Position Description:
The primary responsibility of the s to manage all facets of the credit and accounts receivable relationships with an assigned portfolio of AAP commercial customers. Credit Associates directly contact customers when credit limits need to be reviewed, when orders are placed on decline, and when balances are past due. Their effort is centered on maximizing efficient order flow, conducting credit investigations, negotiating payment arrangements and managing portfolio delinquency. The results of effective performance will be maximizing sales opportunities and minimizing credit losses while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
