One Source Talent is seeking self-motivated, results oriented individuals to join our team. Currently, we are seeking to hire an to work in our Troy office.
As a New Faces Rep., your focus will be on contacting talent which has applied and setting appointments for them to attend regularly held open calls in one of our offices. Your contacts will be created primarily through our online marketing campaigns. No cold calling. You will be working from our Troy office with a schedule possibly including nights and weekends. You will be based on an hourly rate with bonuses for performance and benefits after 90 days.
