Transportation issues can present real challenges for our customers, and we seek a these challenges head-on with service and flexibility!  AIM NationaLease is a leader in full service truck leasing, and are looking for a like you to join our team! We are large enough to present great opportunities to our employees, but small enough to create an atmosphere that feels like home.

Job tasks:

Coordinate by phone-all PM (preventative maintenance) planning through daily contact with the customer to maintain a controlled workload on each branch shop or shops.  Computer input timing and direct video follow-up and confirmation of each unit scheduled to service and Reschedule if necessary. Communicate daily in person or by telephone with creditors to negotiate prices and place orders for parts, tires, fuel, oil, and work. Issue written purchase orders for parts, tires, fuel, oil, work and maintain an open purchase order report. Manual price all parts in inventory. Receive all oil and advise the Service Manager. Receive all inbound tires, maintain a written inventory, prepare tire tags, maintain rim and wheel control log, process the tire credits and scrap analysis report. Calculate/expand all repair orders for each unit repaired, and make sure that all parts are charged out for calculated back to the relevant customer. Assist in the parts store. Handle all service road calls and coordinate supplier (s) to assist customers with breakdown. Order fuel to fuel the island as needed. Drive service truck pickup parts as required to meet customer needs. Perform all of the above in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

Aim NationaLease is seeking a part time Clerk and CDL ddriver.  Starting salary is around $ 11 per hour-more with a CDL.
