Credit Analyst
Responsible for partnering the daily relationship with the Sales Team while executing proper commercial credit management strategy for the company. Commercial must have strong negotiation and relationship skills to communicate the decision, sell the decision, and integrate with the field sales team to secure additional business..
The must demonstrate active listening skills, a strong sense of logic, ability to ask probing questions, and be able to think on their feet. The must execute the risk/reward equation since these individuals have portfolio management responsibility. This involves critical thinking with regards to the credit worthiness of the individual as well as understanding the performance indicators of their assigned Zone.
In addition, the is responsible to understand and execute credit, product, and exception policies. Decisions include structuring the first decision, negotiated counter-offers; maximize sales volume and overall relationship with the Sales Team. Additionally, the will lead the credit application process by providing guidance, support, and direction to Credit Administration team members
must possess outstanding commercial credit knowledge, policy expertise, and analytical abilities and communications prowess.
