Set up cost control system monitors and controls costs and schedules of contracts which require validated cost schedule control system. Performs analyses and prepares reports to ensure that the contracts are negotiated within and agreed parameters and Government cost control guidelines. Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook and variance analysis. Prepare programme plans to ensure the program requirements and statement of work captured and planned. Performing schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and schedule risks. Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenses, direct the preparation of health-care expenditure projections and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the Government. Incorporate contractual changes in control systems by staying aware of the excellent work against each contract to maintain realistic contract cost, and schedule baselines.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Strong PC skills.
