BCBSMT is looking for a thoughtful, persistence, self-disciplined individual for the position.  This position is responsible for payroll processing companies and compiles the payroll data to keep accurate payroll records, and all related financial reporting activities for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana and its branches.  This position will use financial and operational systems, payroll process in accordance with the requirements of the established and support functions related payroll accounting.



Responsibility of the basic obligations of the ampersand:

Payroll processing tasks, in accordance with specific policies and procedures for checking the Payroll are made accurately and on time. Audit Payroll information on the accuracy of participatory problem solving and special projects within the Payroll Department. You assign a cut, and non-exempt employees of the position. To ensure the accuracy of the information, payroll calculations correct, and all the data/reports are balanced and reconciled. Analyze and reconcile any discrepancies, editing, and the initiation of corrective measures as necessary. Prepare and file all tax quarterly and annual reports and documents on time and accurately.  To all governmental inquiries, provides thorough answers. Research and document shall be issued by the special wages, work directly with the Auditors, executives, and other resources. Create account timely and accurate analysis and promoting reconciliation, examining the variances of and documenting sound and meaningful conclusions. Prepare a concise supporting documentation to maintain and improve the understanding of the General Ledger and accounting subsystems.  The Requirements Of The

Education and experience:

Minimum requirements:

DIS in accounting or professional accounting practice for 2 years, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Payroll processing experience including payroll transactions record ledger, and the implementation of the reconciliation account. The ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of the concepts of business and accounting practices and procedures. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional skills:

Payroll industry professional certifications are desirable the ability to complete the advanced financial compensation, as appropriate. Ability to work independently and effectively with little supervision. Effective written and oral communication skills. Ability to train and other advice.
