The will ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will place orders and determine the availability of parts and/or the prices requested.
Daily duties would include:
Answering phones
Writing up claims for research by customer service personnel
Assisting with GPI procedures for end-of-day closeouts of manual pricing reports
Printing order status log,
Automatic pick entry process.
Qualified candidates will have a HS Diploma or GED.
College experience would be preferred, but not required.
Job Requirements Customer service experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Access. Basic knowledge of some accounting procedures. Must have well-developed interpersonal skills to deal with customers. Must be detail oriented and have excellent math skills.
