Employee Type :  Full-Time Industry :  Employment - Recruiting - Staffing Manages Others :  Not Specified Job Type :  Accounting Education :  4 Year Degree Experience :  At least 5 year(s) Post Date :  7/30/2012 Contact Information Ref ID : 3709-RPO  Description Develops and improves monthly financial reporting and forecasting of NA Adecco Solutions Coordinates with other staff for international reporting roll up and ensures accurate results and forecast representation in MFRP Coordinates and improves interaction processes with Adecco Group NA Shared Service Center team Maintains working relationship with Adecco Group NA Finance / Accounting Team Provides adhoc financial analysis to President NA America MSP Solutions, President NA RPO Solutions and CFO Global MSP Solutions and suggests, aligns and implements improvement measures Ensures cost control, monitors financial risk, e.g. receivable collection, liabilities, revenue development Develops and manages the intra-company cost allocation model Oversees improvement/implementation of pricing models/processing and tracking of actual versus plan, communication of shortfalls, implementation of improvement measures Ensures compliance with accounting standards and local rules/regulations Prepares monthly financial reporting package for MSP & RPO programs including revenue and expense flux analysis Oversees and drives monthly, quarterly and yearly financial review process with the various MSP & RPO programs where applicable Supports SVP Operations – RPO in customer CVA-EVA reporting and other adhoc historical and forward looking reporting / analyses

Strategic Planning:

Leads the annual budgeting and forecasting process and drives adoption for North America Develops, prepares and tracks business cases in order to facilitate strategic decisions Develops and tracks long-term business and financial plans to meet or exceed business unit targets

Staff Supervision:

Mentors and provides accounting / finance support in a leadership role to VP Finance – MSP and Director Finance – RPO.

Secondary functions:

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required and assigned.

 Requirements Bachelor's Degree in accounting plus a minimum of five to seven years relevant company experience. Outsourcing / staffing industry experience a plus but not necessity. CPA designation highly desirable Prior experience in a Big 4 audit firm or in corporate accounting function in publicly held companies desirable Thorough knowledge of outsourcing and staffing services' operating environment and financial and management reporting a plus Strong analytic and decision making skills, independent thinker and attention to detail Strong communication and presentation skills A willingness to work in a teaming environment and comfortable with a matrix organizational approach
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with enterprise financial systems like Oracle, Hyperion are highly desirable Travel will be required with the potential for a minimum of 5 days per month. Click here to apply today!!
