ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Description

As a, you will support the Director of Sourcing and they had employees, organization, preparing presentations, correspondence formatting, drafting of letters and documents, organize meetings and conferences, participating in meetings and compilation, data media and distribute meeting minutes.  You will be greeting guests and customers, answer phones calls, making travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, tracking and maintaining vacation balances for employees, ordering supplies, business cards, flowers, etc., coordinate mail and handling any special projects as needed.

Must have 1-4 years of experience in office.
Prefer an Associate degree.
Must have strong knowledge of MSWD, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
Preferred access knowledge.
Must have knowledge of all modern office equipment and technology.

Hours: 8: 00 am-5: 00 pm.
Salary: $ 10.00-$ 12.00/hr.
Location: Oshkosh, WI
