-Extract the monthly data from SAP.

-To assist in the preparation of the annual Department of administrative budgets

-To assist in the preparation of all Department administrative latest estimates

-Prepare monthly Department administrative messages for distribution to the head of the Department

-Analyze all Department overhead per month in comparison to the budget or the most recent estimate of

and provide an explanation for all significant deviations

-To propose the journal entries for each redeployment or adjustments necessary relating to administrative costs and prepare
