Financial Reporting Manager-Financial Leader



Job Description 


Elite software firm is seeking a dynamic financial reporting professional to join their team. This group is responsible for overseeing the preparation of consolidated financial statements, footnotes and other disclosures filed in the firm's 8K, 10Q and 10K. The group is also responsible for other controllership activities as accounting for shareholder equity, stock-based compensation, ad hoc analyses and special projects. The primary responsibility of the candidate is to assist with these consolidations, footnotes, statements, commentaries; evaluation of FASB and SEC pronouncements and liaise with the various entities with the firm. Requirements include 3-7 years experience in public accounting (big 4 a plus), with significant exposure to SEC reporting, or similar experience within a large corporate enterprise and/or a CPA are both a plus, but not necessary. Candidate must possess superior communication and pc skills along with a strong team attitude. Major financial services firm in Midtown Manhattan seeks release of an administrator to support the process of change of the software and infrastructure.

This includes but is not limited to "

leakage monitoring meeting of the release of the report the user to follow ups management technology used to manage the release process by evaluating the test documentation, etc and the creation of a weekly release of the binder
The position will require focused attention on the details of the technology and finance.
Requirements for 2 to 5 years experience, preferably working with Enterprise class business systems working knowledge of software development, database, infrastructure, 2 to 5 years experience in the financial sector, Proven experience in process management, software tools for the management, project and Program management of SQL and RDMS experience
