My client is a very well established and strong Latin American bank. They are currently searching for an experienced Credit Analyst to underwrite and analyze commercial real estate credit proposals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to grow and advance their career. Primary duties include:
- Analysis and preparation of credit proposals
- Presentation of analysis results
- Interaction with various departments and functions
- Ensure timely execution of credit transactions

You will be responsible for general ledger, monthly close, corporate departmental expenses, forecasting and annual budgeting, interaction with Auditors, and liaising with the Corporate Controllers group and the global Finance teams. They are looking for someone who is still looking for growth and more responsibility.
To be qualified for this position, you must have experience in public accounting, as well as experience in the private sector. You will need to be extremely personable, have impeccable communication (both written & verbal) and be confident enough to work in a fluid environment where the responsibilities might change frequently.
