Bankruptcy Proof of Claim Specialist

Customer Service Experience : Not Specified Relocation Covered : No Post Date : 5/21/2012 Description This position is responsible for preparing Proof of Claim pleadings as referred by client.
Prepare Proof of Claims, handle Plan Reviews, Objections to Confirmation, Monitor important filing dates, and provide updates to clients and attorneys.
Update client websites for Proof of Claims, Objections and Plan Review milestones.
Review and interpret screen prints and referral figures in order to compile the pleadings.
Follow up for any additional information required to draft/file the Proof of Claim Referral, including but not limited to calculations and loan documents.
Monitor files for pertinent dates as needed and prioritize by those dates.
Perform other related duties as assigned including back up for other states.
RequirementsProficient in MS Office and excellent typing skills
Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace
Exceptional customer service skills
Prior experience preferred
