Primary Job Purpose: Audit store report information for accuracy. Process merchandise invoices for payment.
Job Description: Each Store Edit Specialist will be responsible for editing approximately 90 stores each week. Coupons, money orders and cash payouts must be verified and corrected. Exception reporting is used to check other items. Store Edit Specialist will email stores when missing items or complete stores.
Essential Functions or Basic Responsibilities:
Check store report information processed through PDI against backup received from individual stores. Audit all store report information missing proper backup. Correct information to correspond with backup. Work with reconciliation clerks to resolve out-of-balances or verify correct account information. Report to Advisors/Store Managers changes made or problems with store report information. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications and/or Physical Demands:
Good computer and 10-key skills. Knowledge of accounting system. General bookkeeping skills. Detail-oriented. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational skills. Self-motivated and able to perform job responsibilities with a minimum of supervision. Physical ability to access all necessary files. Flexible Be able to work overtime as needed
